How do my calls get to your office?
We provide a number to which you forward your calls with your local telephone company. After being forwarded, when your phone rings, it is sent here immediately.

How does your operator know how to answer my phone?
Our equipment identifies each call separately and the operator is provided with your company information when the call is presented to him/her.

How do I get my calls?
We provide your office with a phone number to forward your number into. This will allow your calls to come directly to us. When your phone rings, it will automatically be routed to us immediately.

How can I get my messages?
The choice is yours....... voice mail, email, fax, text-to-cell or even by phone!!

I'd love an answering service but it seems like it would be expensive. How can a small company afford it or a larger company justify the expense?
For less than you might pay a receptionist for one day and for less than a missed service or sales opportunity, our service would be available to you 24/7 for an entire month.

How do I know your service will be available when I need it?
For instance, during a snow storm, thunderstorm or other emergency situation in which we have a power outage our building is equipped with a back up generator. This gives us multiple layers of power and system redundancy.

Do I need a yearly contract or do you offer month to month services?
We offer all various plans. From daily to weekly to monthly to quarterly to yearly. It all is based on the clients needs.

What type of payment plans do you offer?
To start your service we require the first applicable payment based on your plan. We take American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, and of course check or cash.

Why does my business need an answering service?
An answering service represents you much more professionally than just an answering machine. Our agents produce a higher percentage of callers leaving messages and increasing your sales volume. It's much more cost effective than hiring someone in house. We're here 24/7 to answer for emergencies, meetings, appointments, weekends, holidays, vacations - whenever your customer wants you

How do my callers know they have reached us?
As soon as a call comes in we answer with a custom answer phrase that you provide. This is your personal account and only your business information is displayed eliminating any chance of confusing your account with another. Unless directed otherwise it is our goal to provide a seamless extension of your company.

Can I make changes to my account?
Yes the first change to your account is free. Any subsequent changes may occur a small fee based on the size of your account. If it's just a temporary change you may update our operators. If it is a permanent change then you may email or fax customer service and they'll have the change in place within 24 hours and usually the same day depending upon the complexity of it.

What if I have multiple offices or locations?
Multiple offices can be set with their own account or using a unique identifier they can utilize one account as long as all offices are answered the same way.

What about Voice Messaging?
We have many different voice messaging options. Choose from basic service, multiple voice mailboxes, Follow me/Find me service or announcement only mailboxes. Or combine them all with a live operator revert option instructing callers to press "0" to be transferred to an operator for an added personal touch. We also provide conference bridge services using local and 800 numbers.

How much does this service cost?
Our pricing is based upon how much time our agents spend working on your account. We have many cost efficient ways to get messages to you as well as features you can take advantage of to decrease your overall billing.
