Answering Service Inc. is a family business, owned and operated by Shari Rosen. It was established in 1948 by Morton Grossman. In 1988, Shari Rosen and her father William Smylie purchased the company from the Grossman Family. Shari Rosen has been a licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio since 1983. Her experiences not only include working in the medical field, which she still maintains, but also her family owns a large contracting company in Northeast Ohio. This unique situation has allowed her to provide her customer service skills for a wide variety of her clients.

Answering Service Inc. has grown into one of Northeast Ohio’s premier answering services.
